Taylor regularly guides businesses, from single member LLC’s to large corporations, through various stages of the business process including entity formation, risk mitigation, contract review and negotiation, investment and relationship strategy, and mergers and acquisitions.
Taylor’s has extensive experience representing both landlords and tenants in commercial leases, and buyers, sellers, and investors in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real property.
Taylor has prosecuted and defended numerous multi-million-dollar litigation cases involving claims of breach of contract, employment discrimination, and fraud.

Taylor was born and raised in Portland. She received her undergraduate degrees from University of Oregon and her Juris Doctorate from Lewis and Clark Law School. Outside of the office, Taylor is a fitness instructor, amateur chef, and dog lover.
