Taylor aims to provide informed, strategic, and transparent legal advice to businesses, employers, and individuals in order to empower them to make informed decisions at every juncture. She prides herself on communication and commitment to clients’ needs, regardless if it’s a single-issue matter, a recurring advisory role, or complex litigation.
Taylor regularly guides businesses, from single member LLC’s to large Corporations, through various stages of the business process including entity formation, risk mitigation, contract review and negotiation, investment and relationship strategy, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and entity consolidation and dissolution. Taylor also assists companies in navigating the complex and rapidly changing realm of cannabis and legalized marijuana.

Taylor was born and raised in Portland and can’t get enough of the Pacific Northwest. She received her undergraduate degrees from University of Oregon and her law degree from Lewis and Clark Law School. While in law school, she was an editor for the Lewis and Clark Animal Law Review, clerked for the Washington County District Attorney’s Office for two years, and externed for the National Crime Victims’ Law Institute. Outside of the office, Taylor is a barre3 instructor, trail runner, whiskey drinker, and dog lover. If she wasn’t a lawyer, Taylor would be a personal chef and nutritionist. All of her nutrition plans would include wine.
