A Portland native, Angela graduated from the Oregon Culinary Institute (OCI) in 2012, earning both a Baking and Pastry Certificate and an Associate’s Degree in Baking and Pastry Restaurant Management. Before entering the legal field, she built a career in Portland’s small business community as a baker for more than ten years. Angela later assisted in opening the Hyatt Regency Portland and worked at the Hilton Portland Downtown, where she advanced to the sales team and served as executive assistant to the general manager.
With a strong background in organization, client service, and team support, Angela brings those skills to the legal profession with the goal of helping clients navigate challenges and conflicts with care and professionalism. She is passionate about making a meaningful difference for those facing legal issues.
At JJH Law, Angela’s responsibilities include:
- Drafting and filing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Organizing case files and tracking deadlines
- Preparing exhibits and materials for hearings, mediations, and trials
- Conducting legal and factual research to support case preparation
Angela enjoys working closely with attorneys and colleagues in a small team, where collaboration allows her to directly contribute to meaningful outcomes for both the team and clients.
Outside of work, Angela enjoys traveling, soaking up warm weather, exploring Portland’s food and drink scene, and spending time with family and her dog.
